10 Year Class Reunion Package A

Saturday, May 19 – "Fun Night" at Dave & Buster's

 

Time: 8:00 pm - 12:00 am

This package only includes Friday night "Fun Night" at Dave & Buster's. Dinner and dessert is included. Drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) are not included.

 

*You're responsible for your own drinks and Power Card purchases (All games run off debit style cards called Power Cards).

 

**The amount is $40 per person. Therefore, if you plan on bringing a guest, please purchase a package for your guest(s) as well. Example: You're bringing a spouse, then your "Quantity" should reflect 2 and your total payment would be $80 (before ClassQuest service fee).

 Dinner buffet includes:

·         Caesar salad

·         Grilled USDA choice sirloin steak

·         Grilled chicken with mushroom hunter sauce

·         Baked cavatappi Alfredo or Baked macaroni and cheese

·         Garden vegetable medley

·         Fresh baked rolls with butter

·         Dessert - TBD

 

All of the games at Dave & Buster’s run on debit-style cards called Power Cards. Power Cards can be ordered in any amount. Listed below are some suggested purchase amounts:

$10 = 48 chips

$15 = 72 chips

$20 = 100 chips

$25 = 135 chips

**A one-time $2 activation fee will be added to each Power Card

 

10 Year Class Reunion Package B

Friday, May 18, 2012 – “Banquet” at Royal Fiesta

Time: 8:00 pm -12:00am

Location: 1680 Southeast 3rd Street, Deerfield, FL 33441

This package only includes Saturday night Banquet at Royal Fiesta. Dinner, cake and limited drinks included (coffee, tea and brewed decaf)

 

**The amount is $85 per person. Therefore, if you plan on bringing a guest, please purchase a package for your guest(s) as well. Example: You're bringing a spouse, then your "Quantity" should reflect 2 and your total payment would be $170 (before ClassQuest service fee).

 

 The banquet would include:

-4 hour open bar

-Champagne Toast

-Cocktail Hour (6 items to choose from) TBD

-Salad

-Entrée (TBD)

-Coffee, Tea and Brewed Decaf

-Specialty cake

 

**We will be sending out a survey to determine the items selected for the cocktail hour and the entrée.

 

Parking is FREE in the Cove Center parking lot. Valet parking is available for $5. If you choose to valet park, please let Alicia know 10 days before the date of the banquet so reasonable accommodations can be made.

 

10 Year Class Reunion Package C

Sunday, May 20, 2012 – Family Picnic

Time, Location & Menu: TBD

This package would only include the family picnic. Food and non-alcoholic drinks included.

 **The amount is $25 per family. Therefore, if your family consists of 4 people, your total payment would only be $25 (before ClassQuest service fee). 

 

10 Year Class Reunion Ultimate Package

Friday, May 18 – “Banquet” at Royal Fiesta

Time: 8:00 pm - 12:00 am

 

Saturday, May 19 – "Fun Night" at Dave & Buster's

Time: 8:00 pm – 12:00 am

 

Sunday, May 20 – Family Picnic

This ultimate package includes the entire weekend. Please refer to packages A-C for specific details on each.

 **The amount is $150 for the 1st person and $125 for each additional guest. Therefore, if you plan on bringing a guest(s), please purchase a package for your guest(s) as well. Example: You're bringing a spouse, then your "Quantity" should reflect 2 and your total payment would be $275 (before ClassQuest service fee). Another example: You’re bringing a spouse and a friend, then your “Quantity” should reflect 3 and your total payment would be $400 (before ClassQuest service fee).

***Unless, you’re truly a couple, please don’t pair up as classmates and take advantage of the Ultimate Package. Each classmate is responsible for ordering their own package. Example: Jane Doe (GC Class of 2002 graduate) can’t pair up with Mary Doe (GC Class of 2002 graduate) and order the Ultimate Package. Jane Doe has to order her own package and Mary Doe has to order her own package.

Special Accommodation Packages

Example 1: You want a combination of Packages A and C, your total would start at $65 (including 1 adult at Dave & Buster’s and your family at the picnic). Add $40 per adult that would be attending Dave & Buster’s.

Example 2: You want a combination of Packages A and B, your total would be $125 per adult.

Example 3: You want a combination of Packages B and C, your total would start at $110 (including 1 adult at the Banquet at Royal Fiesta and your family at the picnic. Add $85 per adult that would be attending Dave & Buster’s.

Below are three hotels suggested by Royal Fiesta. Below are rates for Friday, May 18. If everyone that plan on staying agree to one hotel, I can have them block us off a set of rooms. Please let me know by March 31, 2012 as well so I can make accommodations.
