Reunion Package Payment
The payment is due no later than Saturday, March 31, 2012. Since the reunion is less than 4 months away, we highly doubt there would be any room for late accommodations.
Payments for "Fun Night" at Dave & Buster’s and "Banquet" at Royal Fiesta are NON-REFUNDABLE. They’re non-refundable because the deposit and/or money paid to reserve the date and time is non-refundable after the reservation has been made. If you’re able to find someone to switch with you, that’s completely fine. The payment for the picnic is fully refundable if you’re unable to attend.
